Jami Potter, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse nursing background spanning skilled nursing, home health, primary care, and pediatric settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Southern Utah University.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Jami gained extensive experience as a Registered Nurse caring for patients with a wide range of complex and chronic health needs. Her clinical experience includes patient assessments, medication management, wound care, IV therapy, patient education, and care coordination. She has also held nursing leadership roles, including serving as an Area Manager and Assistant Director of Nursing, where she helped oversee clinical staff and patient care.
Her Family Nurse Practitioner training provided experience across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, geriatric, and women's health care, as well as mental health and chronic disease management. Jami is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and patient-centered care while helping patients better understand and manage their health.
